ERC Solutions was founded in San Juan with a simple belief: people learn best by doing.

Evelyn Ramos had already spent years training professionals in accounting and Microsoft Office when she founded the firm. Since then, our approach has remained focused on what works: clear instruction, immediate hands-on practice, and exercises based on real-world business situations.

Today, we work with businesses across Puerto Rico, the United States, and Latin America, both virtually and in person. We train accounting teams, managers, and business owners in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other essential business tools, using practical exercises based on real workplace situations.

In Puerto Rico, we provide on-site training directly at our clients' facilities. We are also available to travel throughout the United States and internationally based on the needs of each organization.

Over the years, our clients began asking us for help with challenges beyond training: manual reports, repetitive tasks, time-consuming processes, and follow-ups that were falling through the cracks.

That led us to take the next step. In addition to consulting and training, we now develop digital solutions and automation tools tailored to the way each business operates.
